**Note: Call center hours are M-F, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Part-time shifts are yet to be determined, but will most likely be geared toward the beginning of the week. i.e., Full days Monday and Tuesday, half day Wednesday.**



Primary responsibilities include:


Taking incoming calls from providers and members regarding questions or issues related to patient care


Researching callers' information in the system


Documenting caller information
Assessing caller needs and moving the case along to the appropriate resources


Job Requirements:

Customer service experience is required, ideally in a call center. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Computer literacy and solid typing skills are a must. Healthcare experience is preferred, as is a background with medical terminology and coding.
