Intake Coordinator

This is a clerical position responsible for interviewing applicants for all Housing Authority programs. This position is responsible for performing eligibility determinations of perspective residents/clients. Must possess and exercise good judgment, interviewing skills, and interpersonal. relationships/communication skills. Work hours are 32-34 hours per week. Any combination of the following and/or experience that total 4 years. Bachelors degree in human services or social work, experience as public housing manager, housing manager or section 8 housing specialist position with a housing agency.
