Insurance Documentation ClerkWe are currently looking for an Insurance Administrator who will also back up Customer Service in our Minnetonka location. The candidate selected for this position will perform various levels of insurance support functions. The successful candidate will regularly exercise independent judgment in interpreting policies and procedures while resolving problems of varying scope and complexity. The candidate will also gain a broad scope of knowledge of the company. As a backup to customer service, the position will require the individual to work with people in many other departments, and to familiarize themselves with many of the documents that are used by the company. Because of this, the position lends itself to personal and professional growth and the opportunity to advance within the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
-Required--
High School Diploma.-Preferred--
2 years of college or equivalent experience.Work Experience:
-Required--Minimum one-year customer service and / or insurance administration experience.-Preferred--2-3 years customer insurance/service administration experience with strong knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
Excellent communication, organizational and developed customer service skills.
Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, to work both independently and as part of a team, must be detail oriented able to function will in a fast-paced environment.
