Inside Sales / Telemarketer / Telesales / Appointment Setter

Inside Sales, telemarketing opportunity in the fast growing GPS Tracking Systems business. This is an hourly and commission telemarketing position that rewards success and hard work. An Aggressive Appointment Setter can easily make over $97,000.00 a year with a quota target of $72,000. This position rewards success heavily. The results are quick as the sales cycle is short.

The Appointment Setter is responsible for making outbound Business-to-Business calls to identify and qualify opportunities for a highly trained team of outside sales representatives. The successful candidate will call on small to medium businesses from a list containing names and number of employees as well as geographic area. The job is to generate 5 to 6 quality appointments per day. This function is critical for the success of our sales team. The right individual will have experience calling on small to medium businesses in the New York / New Jersey area. This is the perfect job for the person that likes to control his/ her own future. REQUIREMENTS
As a sales representative for this growing company, you will be responsible for:
• Learning our product
• Contacting prospective clients
• Maintaining a large call volume of a hundred of outbound calls per day
• Generating 5 to 6 sales appointments for our Outside Sales Team per day
• Pre-qualifying potential appointments and uncovering customers needs
• Making a great first impression with the prospective client
• Reporting on daily activities
• Sales Contests
• Unlimited Commissions

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1 year of demonstrated success in outbound telemarketing, or high volume appointment setting
• Proven successful track record of maintaining a call volume of a hundred of outbound calls per day
• Must have an outgoing personality, not fearful of rejection
• Excellent communication skills with impressive phone demeanor
• Must be self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ideal candidate will also possess an unyielding work ethic, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and business professionalism
• Ability to work independently and with-in a team.
