Inside Sales Administrator

Provide administrative support to the sales staff.Manage inventory of product kits, product change requests and communicate changes internally.Prepares quotes, orders, change request, reports and coordinates customer requirements with manufacturing and internal departments. Provides follow through as required by Account Managers.Maintains records for accounts, communicates activities, provides reports to managers, customers and internal departments. Refers customer issues, inquiries and complaints to Account Managers and supervision.Serves as the primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress and serves as a bridge to communicate back to the Account ManagersDevelops presentations for the sales team and maintains an up to date library of current sales presentations.Assist in the organization and coordination of sales meetings and training seminars. Maintain literature, collateral material, samples and marketing promotion materials.As necessary, attend and document internal meetings and report information back to the Account Managers.Assist Account Managers with new account opportunities to expand initiatives on behalf of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements vary depending on position. Candidate will have a minimum of two years in a sales or sales support position.Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.Must have excellent communication skills, written and oral.Strong customer service orientation (internal and external).
