IMPORT CUSTOMER
SERVICE MANAGER
Dynamic Int'l Trans. Co. located in the Mid-Atlantic is looking for an Import Customer Service Mgr with the following qualifications:
College degree preferred
Supervisory exp preferred
Min. 3 yrs exp in the Maritime Trans business
Exc verbal & written communication skills
Exc training/teaching skills
Exc problem solving & negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure & meet deadlines
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Must be multi-task and detail oriented
Hazmat (IMDG) cert preferred
Exc computer skills/Ability to learn/test new programs quickly
Outstanding people skills
Strong Team Player
Knowledgeable in areas of:
*ABI/AMS Systems and procedures
*Export & Import Cargo Flow
*Export & Import Documentation
*St & DOT regulations for weight & hazmat
*Intermodal operations
