InHome Outreach Counselor Bilingual

The In Home Outreach Counselor provides two functions to family preservation families. The first function is that they offer the family situational counseling on a weekly basis as needed. Additionally, they are responsible for providing in depth case management services to ensure that families are adhering to the agreed upon service plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of a Masters Degree from an accredited or State approved graduate school in Social Work (MSW) or related field of study/or BA + 3 or more years of experience (experience performing case management, social work or counseling duties with children and families)
MA - Must have at least two (2) years experience in provision of direct services to low income and ethnically diverse clients.

Valid CA drivers license and auto mobile insurance. Clean driving record.
