In house corporate paralegal

In house opportunity for corporate paralegal. Must have excellent database skills and prior experience coordinating meetings, developing file systems. Duties include tracking of corporate organizational documents, drafting corporate resolutions, formation and dissolution of corporate subsidiaries. Qualified candidates must have paralegal certificate or degree and be proficient in Word, Lexis and Excel. Candidate must be comfortable with research. Excellent benefits and Inner harbor location.
