(ISD) Administrative Assistant

By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job is to provide general administrative and project support to the Information Services Division - Application Platforms department. You maintain calendar(s) to schedule trainings, courses, meetings, venues, appointments, including liaising with internal and external contacts. You answer telephones, client questions, or redirect them to the appropriate person. You prepare documents and presentation materials. You create, proofread, and edit agendas, meeting documentation, and Excel spreadsheets. You handle internal and external correspondence. You make all travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare travel/expense reports to forward to Finance. You, file, type/data entry, copy, fax, distribute mail, order supplies, and maintain equipment needs. You assist with ad hoc projects and provide back-up support to others as needed.Preferred Qualifications:You are a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are detail-oriented with good organizational skills. You have solid verbal and written communication skills. You multi-task and can work under pressure, including tight deadlines. You can interact with all levels of management in a professional manner. You work independently and follow assignments with minimal supervision. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as working knowledge of databases, office machines and equipment.
