HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) MANAGER IAP Worldwide Services Inc., (IAPWS) applies world class best practices to provide Total Mission Support, Base Operations & Maintenance Services, and Logistical and Technical Support for nationally vital U.S. Government, and Military installations and programs both domestic and international. We are currently seeking a full time Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to establish Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits system process through project planning, system analysis, program specification and development, and implementation to achieve effective Human Resources business solution. Interested individuals must be able to manage and oversee the development, implementation, and system requirements modification. Manage the maintenance of the internal database files and tables, and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Responsible for the application development, project management, and systems support process for Human Resources. Interface with Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll and IT Departments to identify development projects and business priorities. Possess expert knowledge of the PeopleSoft HRMS suite of products including the Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Human Resources modules. Manage activities of tasks assigned to less Sr. HRIS staff members and assist with their development in relationship to PeopleSoft and HRMS expertise. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science • Five or more years HRIS management • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Analytical Skills, SQL knowledge, Programming experience and exhibit mastery of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Words, Excel, and Access.
