Human Resources Records Supervisor

Processes and coordinates all retail associate STD,FMLA,and personal leave claims per Spartan policy and law. Point person for retail associates and management on all standard HR operating procedures, policies and benefits. Manages the records team of 2-5 associates to ensure accuracy, system data integrety and timliness of records administration in HRIS (PeopleSoft) and associate files. Resoposible for all supermarket records changes, insurance changes, and yearly benefit enrollment process. Assists with ither projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of insurance, workers compensation, FMLA, STD, LTD, and ADA required. Strong process improvement and problem solving abilities. Must have strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft, Access, Excel and Word. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage/motivate a team. Great understanding of HR policies and procedures, payroll policies, benefits, and reward programs. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources. 3-5 years related Human Resource work experience. PHR certification a plus.
