Asst. Office Manager/Human Resource Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced Asst. Office Manager/Human Resource Administrator to join our team in Ship Bottom, NJ!

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

•Managing everyday office activity including

•supervising office personnel, the office facility and related contracts, and purchase efforts.
• Overseeing all aspects of human resources including

• heavy employee interaction

• processing new hires

• administering benefits

• workers comp. reporting

• coordinating the review process

• tracking employee time off

• creating policies and procedures

• Overseeing all aspects of payroll processing including

• payroll data entry

• analyzing deductions

• payroll reporting
REQUIREMENTS


Job Requirements:
• At least three years of experience
• Candidate must be detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to supervise others able to work with various outside business contacts, able to assist all levels of staff and management, confidentiality a must!
