Human Resources Office Coordinator

Our new HR Office Coordinator will be responsible for supervising office and administrative functions, processing payroll, new employee orientations, maintaining personnel records, and general office upkeep. This position is full time and offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervises and organizes office operations and procedures such as preparation of payroll, some accounting, personnel records, database upkeep, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other administrative functions.
Performs new employee orientations and assists managers with recruiting efforts of field personnel.
Maximizes office productivity.
Coordinates governmental compliance in the areas of safety and employment.
Maintains company and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
General upkeep of the office environment.
Responsible for front desk procedures. Supervises receptionist.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher
3 years Administrative experience required
2 years HR / Payroll experience required
Prior Union experience highly desirable
