Human Resources Manager

Classification: Temporary Compensation: Pay up to $55,000 per year Growing software development company in Northwest Houston seeks Human Resources Manager. This person will support over 80 employees. Some of the duties include, but not limited to 1) processing payroll through ADP 2) hiring/termination paperwork 3) creating offer letters 4) 1st day meeting with new employees 5) oversee benefits administration 6)401K plan administrator 7) supervise a team of two (recruiter and admin) 8) responsible for compensation review-design and implement a review process and 9) employee relation issues.
Must have at least 3+ years of Human Resources management experience, experience using ADP and Excel.
