Human Resources Coordinator needed ASAP!

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
One year experience in HR or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Maintains Applicant Tracking Log
Reviews resumes for all entry level positions including job inquires via phone, internet, and fax.
Attend, setup, and organize all job fairs.
Set up tours and interviews for all entry level positions.
Begin pre-employment process with all employees.
Review all new hire, rehire, and direct hire files.
Schedule Lift and Carry and Orientation.
Opening and set up for day one of orientation. Fill in for the Dir. Of Human Resources in her/his absence.
Monitor and maintain records for the following student programs: Career Development, Clinical Students (including maintain contact and setting up lunch and gifts), Tuition Reimbursements (review and approve all forms)
Research and collect data for reports and projects as needed.
Update and create varies forms and documents as needed along with general admin duties.
Perform all other all other Human Resource functions and duties deemed necessary by the Dir. Of Human Resources.
Abide by all Hacienda HealthCare polices and procedures.
Candidates must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to the first day of employment. Also, must be able to obtain a Class I fingerprint clearance card.
