Human Resources Assisant - GHD12
Act as employees first line of contact for all general HR related questions outside of employee
relations questions or situations;
·Implement Benefits, i.e., Health and Welfare, FMLA, disability programs, leaves of absence,
etc.;
·Ensure translation of local and corporate policies and guidelines;
·Maintain local bulletin boards with company/employee information;
·New Employee orientations, insurance and benefits enrollment;
·Act as insurance company liaison;
·Prepare correspondence, i.e., salary letters, promotion, employment verifications, etc.
·Ensure pre-employment activities have been completed;
·Disseminate employee information as necessary;
·Manage departures from the organization;
·Maintain confidential employee files;
·Provide support to local HR Generalists as necessary;
- Special assignments as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years in an HR Coordinator role in a medium to large company;
·Experience handling employee benefits and benefits open enrollment; interpret policies and
procedures
·Proven commitment to customer satisfaction;
·Detail oriented, confidential;
·Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
·Able to work in a fast paced environment;
·Team spirited with the ability to work independently;
- Excellent oral, and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.
