Human Resources Analyst

We are looking for someone who is very hands on and detailed oriented with experience supporting associates and Human Resources systems, employee transactions, etc. Can provide support to Human Resources team as needed basis, while effectively coordinating and assisting in HR administration.



"¢ Recruiting - Assist HR Managers with open positions in the division, which will include, securing job justification and review of job requirements, assist in the recruiting process with includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interview process, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, etc. Attend college-recruiting programs, on-site college interviewing while working with partners. Work with HR Managers on organizational needs while conducting needs analysis and identify where resources are necessary.



"¢HR Reporting - Includes Turnover, Staffing, Exit Interviews, New Hire and HR Data Report. Duties include gathering information from system reports and partnering with various HR personnel, compiling the data, analyzing the data (where necessary) and assist in developing solutions.



"¢ Employee Relations "" Assist in the development of action plans and/or exit strategies. Monitor climate and make recommendations for improvements. Work with HR Manager to develop initiatives and programs to address retention issues and reduce turnover, including exit interviews, initiatives to solicit associate feedback (focus groups, surveys)



"¢New Hire Orientations - for all incoming new hires. Educate new hires on policies and procedures. Process new hire paperwork.



"¢Exit Interviews and New Hire Follow-Up Meetings - Gather information and investigate for details. Provide written recaps of Exit information for reporting. Identify trends and make recommendations where necessary.



"¢ Monthly HR administration - reconciliation of HR changes with the Home Office Administration staff. Research and develop a more effective method of monitoring and reporting of changes.



"¢ Other Projects "" Assist and lead ad hoc projects as assigned. Develop new ideas and prepare proposals for various new programs or policies.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess the following:

"¢0-2 year"&tm;s previous HR experience required.

"¢Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

"¢Analytical skills, including knowledge of basic statistical principals.

"¢Interviewing, sourcing and recruiting skills a plus.

"¢Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

"¢Excellent teamwork and people skills

"¢Self directed, organized and self motivated

"¢Ability and desire to learn and progress within the position

"¢Able to multi task and work in a fast paced challenging environment

"¢Proficient on all Microsoft applications; Lawson a plus
