Hub Expeditor

Works to resolve any issues associated with materials that have been received at the hub, but can not be sent to the customer or placed into inventory. Must be willing to directly contact suppliers and work well with the client's employees at other locations.1.Maintains a positive image for the client with their customers, while demonstrating high standards of business ethics and integrity.2.Ensures optimum performance of the Chemical Management Program by recommending and implementing actions to improve productivity, increase effectiveness and reduce costs.
3.Acts within the scope of authority and remains consistent with Haas objectives, guidelines, policies and practices.4. Consistently demonstrates the ability of the company to provide value to the customer.5.Develops solutions arising from emergency situations.6.Determines appropriate inventory and service levels, plans or approves corrective action or process changes as required.7.Responds to customer requests regarding products, projects, information and other inquiries.
8.Insures all reports/required forms are submitted correctly and in a timely manner to both internal and external customers.
9.Participates in management and customer meetings (as requested/required)10.Promote and ensure effective communication with the corporate personnel and with customer personnel.11.Represents Operations on a system wide basis with the continual development of Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing Initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
One year combined experience in customer service, warehouse, distribution, Quality Control, ISO, JIT delivery systems, supply chain operations and purchasing/inventory control processes and procedures desired.Candidate must possess the ability to express ideas clearly, orally and in writing. Knowledge of inventory management systems and computer software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word) preferred.
