Hoteling: Reserve workspace and forward phone numbers in AgilQuest to specified location for same day and future reservations. Update AgilQuest database to reflect new user profiles, transfers, separations & moves. Assign any visitors or clients hoteling space and maintain the visitors log. Clean, maintain, and reserve hoteling workstations and offices. Order
and maintain hoteling supplies for distribution. Assign lockers and file drawers to hotelers and maintain keys.
Conference and Team Room Reservations: Make reservations for all meetings through AgilQuest for same day and future reservations. Forward extension per request to specified room. Set up and clean after meetings. Maintain all whiteboards in conference and team rooms.
Catering and AV Support for On-site Meetings: Reserve, set-up and break-down all audiovisual equipment and catering for meeting requests. Create catering menus that suit customer needs and expectations. Maintain event files and invoices from caterers in compliance with expense guidelines. Loan out a/v equipment for off-site events. Maintain a/v equipment.
Fill in for receptionists as needed to cover for illness and vacation leave.
Job Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility, ability to work under tight deadlines, computer/data entry skills. Stong commitment to teamwork. Attention to
detail. Prior experience in hospitality industry a plus. Professional business attire required (must present professional image, especially when working at front desk). Prior experience using a multiline console a plus
.2-3 Years customer service experience, 2-3 years experience with scheduling or event planning, 2-3 years experience in a simular previous hospitality industry position desireable. Must have strong communincation skills, ability to work under deadlines, prior reception experience and 3-4 years strong experience with computer/data entry skills. Trouble shooting and analysis skills a plus.
