Homecare Scheduling Coordinator

Right at Home is a national company providing home care services to seniors. The East Brunswick New Jersey office is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to administer to the day to day functions of the agency.
Staffing Coordinators are responsible for staffing our assignments in Home Healthcare. In so doing you will be providing the highest quality customer service.
Duties include; recruiting, testing, interviewing quality candidates; matching client staffing requirements with our caregivers’ skills and availability. This position has potential to supervises others and requires previous supervisory experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Interview and Hire applicants, select, screen and place the best aides on the assignements based on client requirements. However, recruiting, interviewing and staffing are only about 50% of daily activities. Client communication and customer service is a huge part of this position. People trust people they like and so one of your roles is to maintain a good relationship with all our clients, (current and potential)
You must:
• HAVE PRIOR ADMINISTRATIVE HOMECARE EXPERIENCE•
• WELCOME RESPOSIBILITY•
• Be enthusiastic, friendly personality.• Be Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.• Have solid communication skills.• Be punctual, reliable, and responsible.• Multi-tasking is essential.• Have strong problem solving abilities.• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.• Have excellent presentation and communications skills, and the ability to resolve complicated issues.
• Have extensive experience with Outlook, Power Point, Excell, Word and Explorer.
