Health Care Front Desk Supervisor

We are a busy health care center located in Hartford searching for an individual to supervise front desk and call center staff to facilitate smooth and efficient flow of service delivery for our medical, dental and behavioral health departments. Ensure patients are properly greeted and treated with respect. Direct patient flow and minimize waiting room time. Participate in wait-time studies. Respond to all patient complaints and pursue corrective action with appropriate managerial staff. Anticipate and resolve patient problems to ensure positive outcomes. Ensure adequate staff coverage for the front desk and call center. Conduct in-service trainings as needed to ensure patient and staff safety and review pertinent job related skills on a regular basis. Provide ongoing evaluation of patient services and staff performance to ensure expected performance standards are met and staff competencies assessed. Ensure all clinical encounters are completed and turned in to finance on a daily basis. Assist with ensuring clinical provider's daily schedules are properly booked.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma. Associates or bachelors in healthcare related studies preferred. At least 3 years supervisory experience preferably in a healthcare facility. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills a must. Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
