HRIS Implementation Business Analyst

EEO/M/F/D/VThe HRIS Implementation Business Analyst provides product functional design by evaluating customer requirements suggesting enhancements, defining functional requirements, proposing innovative solutions, coordinating related activities and preparing external documents.

Duties to include: Works with customer on understanding and timely completion of Implementation Web Tool. Responsible for the accurate completion of the business requirements document and complexity points document. Applies application/industry knowledge to develop functional solutions and prepares functional design specifications. Provides expertise on current product functions and serves as a resource on future product direction. Develops technical skills to ensure proficiency in Ceridianâ??s product offering, keeping current with payroll/human resources industry developments and technology trends which lead to credibility, increased productivity, customer satisfaction, and personal career development. Works on complex designs where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of various factors.


Travel Required 50%. Valid Driver's License Required.



Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience determining business requirements and developing functional design specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong interviewing skills, including meeting facilitation. Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving ability and decision-making.
Excellent time management and organization skills. Knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques. Knowledge of payroll/HR industry and competitive systems. Excellent technical tool/technique experience in the preferred platform.
Strong team-building, negotiation and influence skills is preferred.
