HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Analyst

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Information Systems Analyst to join our Orlando Corporate HR team. This position will report to the HRIS Manager and be responsible for supporting the Corporate HR team as well as field personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creates HR informational reports using various reporting tools.
Assists with new Systems Implementation.
HRIS Help Desk for the field
Demonstrated knowledge of Lawson or similar HRIS
Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to HR policies and procedures.
Analyzes and suggests revisions to current HR policies & procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications:
Analyzes and suggests revisions to current HR policies & procedures
3 years experience in HRIS field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analyzes and suggests revisions to current HR policies & procedures.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. or similar programs.
Detailed knowledge of HRIS systems.
Knowledge of Lawson HRIS preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports.
Strong organization skills.
Understanding of regulatory environment affecting the employment relationship.
Ability to manage confidential information.
