HRIS Analyst II

The HRIS Analyst II – Human Resources/Payroll functions under the direction of the Human Resource Director, Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System (SCLHS), is responsible for:
•Leading the development, implementation, update, and maintenance of the human resources information system (HRIS) and payroll applications for the SCLHS.
•Providing the daily operations support of the human resource/payroll systems for the System Office HR/Payroll departments.
•Participating in the system conversion installation process and business process redesign efforts. Acts as the systems support contact and coordinator for the HR/Payroll departments and the primary contact of the Information Services department during implementation and on-going operations.
•Working to assure the HR/payroll information systems run smoothly, training is provided to super users and other key contacts within the Affiliates, and system problems are identified and resolved.
•Working very closely with SCLHS Affiliates’ HR/Payroll departments, the System Office HR and Finance departments, and the technical staff of the Information Services department to ensure effective delivery and integrity of the HR/Payroll systems and services in support of identified business goals and objectives.
•Managing user security within Lawson applications within his/her Administrative Class.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
Additional studies in computer science or information services preferred.Experience with Lawson Software preferred.

A minimum of five years experience in a human resources position in a complex business environment with multiple business units. Experience in a HR/payroll application systems support position preferred. Health care experience preferred.
