Our HRIS Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of data and systems integrity of the Human Resource Information System. This includes training HRIS end users along with maintaining procedural documentation, report creation, data entry, and being a team player on various special projects in all areas of Human Resources. Incumbent will also collaborate with Information Technology on upgrade testing, set-up, and review of new functionality within HRIS software and will perform various routine tasks in the Compensation and Benefits department.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have at least three years’ HRIS admin.experience and proficiency in MS software. Proven skills in organization, problem solving and time management are also required. Kronos and HRIS implementation experience are highly desired.
