HR/Sales Administrative Assistant

A South Jersey company is presently recruiting for an HR/Sales Administrative Assistant.

This position is responsible for the admin/clerical support for upper management in the HR and Sales Organizations of the company, and will report directly to the Director of HR.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the coordination and maintenance of employee benefits
- Assist in the administering of policies pertaining to all aspects
of the Company HR activities
- Organizes and maintains files, including electronic files relating
to sales database and HRIS database
- Assists in monitoring and tracking of all vacation and personal
time, making sure that all company polcies are adhered to
- Reseaches, compiles, and types statistical reports for both the
sales and HR organizations. Ensures the statistical data for HR
complies with guidelines set forth by local, state, and federal
law.
- Coordinates meetings, both on-site and off-site, reserving
facilities and catering as needed, as well as issueing agendas and
minutes.
REQUIREMENTS
- AA Degree in HR Field, PHR certification, or substantial experience
in Human Resources required
- At least 3 years of experience providing Administrative support
for upper management
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Proficient with Microsoft products, and background with HRIS
database software
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be ethical, professional, confidentail and detail oriented
