HR Reporting Analyst
job description Sprint Nextel has a total equity value of approximately $70 billion, a communications powerhouse that will outpace our competitors and set the stage for the future of technology. Join the Sprint Nextel team and generate standard monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including large scale metrics reporting for Nextel Senior Executives. Work with Enterprise Reporting teams to facilitate the creation of reports in the data warehouse. Actively lead process improvement discussions with the reporting customer base to identify how reports can best be enhanced, supplemented, and provide maximum customer benefit. Handle and manage ad hoc reporting requests for cross-functional data from both PeopleSoft and external data sources. Identify and collect requirements for new reporting needs and validate the data/information to be reported, as well as analyze data and create summaries for findings, correlating them to business and industry trends. Implement and manage standards, processes, and definitions for workflow for creation of PeopleSoft queries for use by Nextel employee population. Provide weekly status reports to management team.
