Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain a funnel of candidates for all open positions within the organization.
- Develop external recruiting resources for qualified candidates, including visiting and building relationships with local colleges, technical colleges, civic organizations, Chamber of Commerce, Churches, Unemployment Office and Urban Leagues, etc..
- Responsible for identifying and utilizing all recruitment resources, such as on-site job open houses, job fairs, Internet searches, newspaper and radio advertisement, etc..
- Research viable and cost-effective job fairs. Coordinate and attend job fairs as required.
- Interface with advertising vendors to identify and develop cost-effective recruiting initiatives.
- Collaborate with management team to develop and implement recruiting strategies that will attract qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance of Affirmative Action and EEO.
- May perform analysis of the staffing process and other Human Resources functions as assigned.
- Analyze and maintain client metrics by identifying recruitment opportunities and managing the timeliness of the manager interviews to improve time to fill and reduce cost per hire.
- Coordinate and facilitate Launch Your Success Orientation, as necessary.
- Coordinate vendor relationships with external recruiting firms.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process for open positions, including identify recruiting resources, sourcing, pre-screening, and qualifying candidates, providing a diverse slate of qualified candidates to the hiring manager, developing interview guides, interviewing all final candidates and extending job offers, as necessary.

Short-term incentive

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Bilingual - English/Spanish
- 2+ years Human Resources experience with at least 1 year of sourcing/recruiting experience required.
- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize HRIS systems; PeopleSoft experience preferred; proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills needed to generate reports and make recommendations for courses of action base upon data.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Superior verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and employees and to interact with management on a daily basis.
- Excellent follow-up skills required.
