HR Payroll/Benefits Administrator

Join the People Services team at a fun, fast-growing company that leads the industry in CD and DVD manufacturing. Responsibilities include supporting the payroll and benefits functions to meet the needs of the employees and the company while working with our outsourced benefits vendor. Perform various tasks related to HR functions. Qualified candidates will be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Must have a minimum of 1-year of recent experience in payroll working with ADP, Etime, and ReportSmith. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred and/or equivalent experience. Benefits administration experience is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities / Tasks:
·Must be familiar with payroll system/ time and attendance to enter information into the system such as new hire entry, payroll changes, running various reports, and other general maintenance
·Administration of time and attendance system to process time and transfer to payroll in a timely manner.
·Coordinate and track, weekly, 45 & 90 day reviews for introductory employees by processing paperwork, and running attendance reports
·Complete written employment verification requests
·Payroll administration and verification of payroll register reports
·Benefit administration including orientations, processing and assisting employees with benefits questions
·Routine processing for terminations (i.e. payroll and benefits termination, COBRA, etc)
·Review benefits vendor billings and verify for accuracy
·Employee file maintenance
·Compiles routine reports/audits
·Assist with Company functions (i.e. Picnic, Holiday Parties, Blood Drive, Flu Vaccinations, etc)
·Keep office organized, including employee files, and other confidential information following guidelines as outlined under HIPAA.
·Perform other duties as assigned to support the People Services Dept.
