HR Manager - Labor Relations

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Manufacturing firm located in Midtown is currently seeking an HR Manager to join dynamic team. Position will have a STRONG concentration in Labor Relations with broad HR management/Generalist functions including Employees Relations and Benefits Administration etc. Candidate will be responsible for labor contract negotiations and arbitrations and a proven track record of successful Union relations, conducted trainings with personnel in union avoidance, labor contract interpretation, grievance handling and discipline and MUCH more. This is a great opportunity to work worth senior management on strategic matters affecting the company's future. Ideal person will be energetic and a true self-starter!
