HR Assistant/Office Manager

The HR Assistant/Office Manager will report immediately to the HR Manager and assist in the following responsibilities:

Human Resources

Put together New-Hire Folders
Weekly payroll processing
Sending out completed enrollment information for new-hire's Health, Dental, Disability and 401K Updating/tracking Employee database with changes and status
Office Manager

Greeting visitors as they enter the office and setting them up with initial paperwork
Administrative Duties: phones, formatting documents, distributing faxes/mail and various clerical duties as needed
Maintaining/ordering office supplies and business cards
Accounting Support: filing accounts payable, printing and mailing invoices to clients
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years previous experience
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Accuracy and high attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
