HR Administrative Assistant

SYNERTX is a growing healthcare company located in a great central location and we are looking for an upbeat, professional individual to help support our busy HR Department. Come join our dynamic & committed team!

Responsibilities Include:

*File, maintain records, copy, fax and perform other such clerical duties
*Responsible for ordering office and clinical equipment
*Professionally handle incoming telephone calls, relay and take accurate messages, and assist in resolving inquiries whenever possible
*Open, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing
*Compose and/or type routine correspondence, memos, reports, etc.
*Provide needed administrative support, which may include clerical accounting duties, database maintenance, assisting contract proposals, etc.
*Assist with special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Word and Excel are required. Must have good job stability and references.
