Job Description Help Desk Representative needed for Information Technology Department of leading telephone/entertainment company to provide excellent customer service, support and systems operations. Responsibilities
Individual will monitor and provide technical support for hardware, software, peripherals, connectivity to core information and communication systems for our worldwide users.Will also install software for desktops and provide information technology solutions for users (backup, recovery and restore files, and other IT related services) and insure that end users comply with IT standards.Analyzes problems and advise on PC based hardware and software solutions to enhance business productivity.
