We are currently seeking a Guest Service Manager to supervise and direct the Guest services staff and make adjustments as needed to maintain service standards. Accept requests from guests and associates regarding luggage handling, storage, delivery of items, vehicle transfers and transportation and assign agents to handle these requests. Maintain all bell stand logbooks, keeping them accurate, updated and in good order. Resolve guest and associate concerns expeditiously in a manner which is beneficial to all involved. Oversee the appearance, organization and operational effectiveness of the bell stand. Lead and conduct staff meetings and daily pre-shift meetings. Supervise all group luggage transfers and amenity deliveries to ensure proper handling and completion. REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, previous front desk experience in a hotel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
