Guest Service Team Leader

Lead a team that delivers fast, fun and friendly service to our guests
Respond quickly to guests needs, questions or issues
Keep areas clean and organized: checklanes, guest service area, parking lot, food service area and restrooms
Follow company's guidelines for signs at checklanes and guest service areas
Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve guest service goals
Ability to read instructions and reports, then enter information into computer
