Guest Relations Case Manager

InterContinental Hotels Group is the world's largest hotel company by number of rooms and owner of top brands Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites, and InterContinental. We are seeking Guest Relations Case Managers.

Guest Relations Case Managers are conflict resolution and customer service specialist. They answer incoming calls from guests that are dissatisfied with some aspect of their stay. It is the responsibility of GR Case Managers to manage the complaint to it's resolution. The GR Case Manager documents the guests complaint and on the guest's behalf contacts the specific hotel to try and find an equitable resolution. The GR Case Manager then follows up with the guest to let them know what is being done to resolve their concerns.

This position pays a base starting wage of $10.02 per hour increasing to $10.32 after only 90 days. Plus profit sharing and annual merit increases.

We are seeking applicants with at least 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, call center, management, conflict resolution, or similar. This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum type speed of 25 wpm. This is a full time position and may require some evenings and weekends.
