Grants Administrator

The Grants Administrator is a part time position reporting to the Vice President (VP), Fund Development. In conjunction with the VP: develops, monitors, executes a strategic annual grant-writing and tracking plan that will provide significant income and help build sustainability of Barlow Respiratory Hospital's mission, programs and services. The individual must be able to work independently and within a team environment
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 3 years proven success in writing grants to government, foundations and the private sector, preferably in a medical setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to produce quality materials, edit and proof text and format, and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments without losing momentum.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
High level of self-motivation and demonstrated ability to pursue Barlow Respiratory Hospital's strategic initiative.
Demonstrated skill working with donor databases and systems for tracking and maintaining development records.


Salary dependent on experience.
