General Manager-150 employee company--Strong Manager Needed

Looking for an experienced General Manager to operate a 150 employee business production facility. Will have 4 direct reports covering the operations, human resources, information technology and business functions. Must have excellent management and leadership track record. Will be directly responsible for (and should have previous responsibility) for profitability of the corporation by establishing and achieving office revenue and expense goals. Will have direct financial responsibiity and accountability in billing, salary admin, revenue budgeting, labor budgeting and office expenses.
·Support the Sales and Marketing functions by developing and maintaining contact with key client accounts and other customers as necessary.

·Establish and maintain yearly revenue/labor budgets.

·Monitor daily production levels in order to facilitate successful attainment of monthly goals.

·Direct efforts of office's management staff.

·Coordinate facility maintenance and upkeep.

·Monitor and approve all office expenses.

·Sign-off authority on all wage and salary administration, hiring and firing, etc.

·Responsible for client satisfaction and senior management level contact.

·Recommend new services and potential revenue streams in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and MIS personnel and implement services as necessary.
·Coordinate efforts to increase efficiency and maximize current methodologies.

·Coordinate all local office staff development programs.

·Provide pricing to sales on all new business opportunities.

·Maintain competitive integrity of products and services.

The position requires maintaining business relationship with clients, landlord, vendors, contractors, Federal, State and Local Agencies and any other entity necessary to operate in geographical area.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·Education: 4 year College Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.

·Technical Knowledge: P.C. literate, with knowledge of Access, SQL programs preferred. Budgeting and financial experience.

·Managerial Experience: 5 years of Managerial experience in a customer service or administrative environment.

·Human Relations Skills: Good oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Interviewing and training experience. Presentation skills important.
