GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Overall Responsibilities:

The Guest Services Representative is expected to work the Front Desk in the morning – greeting guests, answering phone calls as well as assisting the Food and Beverage department for lunch services/cashiering and any reasonable task assigned by the Account Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Functions:

· Greet all guests – direct them to classroom or meeting, phones, restroom, dining area etc.
· Answer phone / redirect calls - take messages.
· Sort morning company mail.
· Make menu signs.
· Send weekly counts to SR (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner).
· Daily room checks for complete setup.
· Restock paper items, condiments, AM/PM snacks and fruit basket.
· Arrange lunch schedules with instructors.
· Maintain coffee/yogurt machines.
· Load ice into salad bar, turn on steam table, ovens and dish machine.
· Prepare sanitizing solution and silverware soaking solution.
· Assist with unloading all items from food van to kitchen.
· Expect to lift and move supplies or equipment weighing 30 Lbs. or more.
· Cut and display cakes/pies and cookies for lunch service (Use Wizard Glove).
· Stock milks and ensure that all fountain beverages are ready for lunch service.
· Take out all serving utensils for needed dishes.
· Stock lunch condiments.
· Serve guests lunch and when time permits start to load dish machine.
· Finish washing process and assist with HACCP procedures
· Drain Dishwasher, wipe counters and sinks. Put away dishes and silverware.
· Cashier during lunch hour, Z out register with Accnt. Manger and prepare daily drop.
