Fund Administrator

FUND ADMINISTRATOR Health & Welfare and Pension Funds A prominent group of Taft-Hartley trust funds located in Cypress, California with over 80,000 active and retired participants is currently seeking a Fund Administrator, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees. The Fund Administrator has overall executive responsibility for the operational, technical, and organizational administration of the health and welfare, and defined benefit pension funds. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, an MBA and/or CEBS certification preferred. Ten or more years of experience in benefit plan administration or relevant experience required with five or more years of senior-level management and Taft-Hartley/collectively bargained experience. Thorough knowledge of employee benefit plans, including ERISA, HIPAA and other related governmental/legislative regulations preferred. The candidate should have demonstrated strong leadership and judgment skills, be highly organized, able to interpret financial and operating information, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
