Front Desk Agents/Night AuditorsWestgate Resorts, the world's largest privately held timeshare company, is currently seeking Front Desk Agents/Night Auditors to join our Myrtle Beach team.
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for the following:Greets, registers, and assign rooms to guests. Answers inquiries pertaining to resort services, registration of guest, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. Computes bill, collect payments, and make change for guest. Assist guest with deposit of guests' valuables in hotels' safety deposit boxes.
The Night Auditor will be responsible for the following:Checking all Front Desk transactions and make corrections if necessary. Examines department activities for compliance with management plans and policies. Prepares and submits audit findings and makes recommendations to management. Write vouchers, run folios on all vouchers and balance with the daily report in preparation for the accounting department. Balance all credit cards and transfer to the bank. Run rooms report and verify rates.
