Front Desk Agent - Cozy Inn by the Beach!

Front Desk position at a cozy, quaint property just off West Beach. Beautiful Spanish-Mediterranean style with 53 rooms and suites, spa and pool. Convenient location!
Schedule is Friday-Monday from 7am to 3pm (32 hrs. per week)
This position will work the front desk in the main lobby and handle checking in/out guests, answering phones, taking reservations, resolving guest complaints, showing rooms, and processing payments. Will also assist the concierge in providing guests with information regarding directions, booking tours and suggesting local attractions.


Requirements:

Position requires excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and high level of professionalism.
