FRENCH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! Join a rapidly growing company that offers competitive wages and benefits! This is a temporary to permanent position. Responsibilities include customer service, order management, invoice resolution and interacting with internal and external associates in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Ability to provide a high level of customer service when handling customer orders, request, questions or problems and to complete customer forms and enter information accurately. Ability to process heavy volume of customer interactions and transactions. Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience needed. Requires intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow directions and communicated instructions, written and verbal. Must have H/S diploma or equivalent.
