Founded in 1993 as a dial-around long-distance provider, the company expanded in 1998 to offer residential domestic and international long-distance services throughout the continental US, targeting primarily Hispanic customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Incumbent will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing fraud alarms in the revenue protection system.
•Analyze traffic patterns of the phone number that generated the fraud alarm, and use established criteria to block and unblock customer callsdue to fraudulent suspicion.
•This position handles heavy outbound and inbound calls.
•Contact customer to verify calls
REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Bilingual: English/Spanish is required
•Willing to work a rotating shift - includes weekends and holidays
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Basic math skills.
