Floating Mailroom/Copy Clerk

Administrative Resource Options, Inc. (ARO) is a growing national outsourcing and reprographics firm specializing in office services management.

We have a presence in over 16 cities and are among the leaders in the facilities management industry. We are seeking a full time Floating Mailroom/Copy Clerk for our office in Irvine, CA. We look for candidates interested in a challenging career opportunity focused on quality service among staff, guests and clients.

Employment is contingent on passing a drug screen and a 7-year criminal background check.

Responsibilities include:
- Ability to travel between locations in Irvine California.
- Processing incoming and outgoing US mail, DHL, FedEx, UPS
- Tracking packages using online system
- Distributing mail and packages throughout the office
- Receiving, sending out and distributing office faxes
- Interacting with customers face to face and over the phone, answering questions and fulfilling requests in a timely manner
- Ability to work interdependently with a team in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
