For more information, please visit our website www.edatatrace.com.We currently have an opening for a Field Searcher, based in our West Orange New Jersey office. This position requires 90% traveling time to all counties located in New Jersey and New York to provide field support for business expansion and datebase clean up efforts. You will acquire documents and tax maps that have been identified as not in our database, from the county's assessors offices as well as other sources, and send those documents to our office through a variety of methods (Fedex, email, fax, etc). This candidate will also monitor productivity of temporary workers who are assigned to abstracting tasks in county or municipal locations. This candidate will also initiate negotiations for acquiring county data through strong communication and negotitation skills. They will work closely with both Data Tree and Data Trace.Qualifications
Required skills include strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Email. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization and have very strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must also posess strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with county officials. Ability to work independently and in remote locations, as well as manage employees. Must also have reliable transportation as this position requires 90% driving/travel time. Willingness to drive to various locations, flexibility and coping skills are also required. College degree preferred but not required- High School diploma required. Background in any Real Estate related field a plus.Benefits
