Job Description
There are many roles in Facilities & Services ranging from on-site facilities management, executive support services, office services, real estate and travel to workplace research and development, including: Archives & Records Management, Business Travel Group, Corporate Housing, Corporate Real Estate, Executive Support Services, Office Services, and Safety & Security. With such a wide range of roles, Facilities & Services is a very diverse team of professionals, with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. What they have in common is the ability to communicate well with people at all levels and an enthusiasm for solving problems.
The Project Administrator provides support for Accentures clients and engagement teams based at the project or the client site. The Project Administrator job varies based on the functional requirements of the engagement. This job has general administrative responsibilities, but may also require a focus on a particular area, such as finance or human resources administration. The Project Administrator may provide support to all people at the project, as determined by the engagement Lead. This role is fully chargeable to the client/project.
Key responsibilities may include:
Acting as central information source by maintaining and distributing project details
Providing administrative assistance for project team such as workspace issues, equipment, facilities issues, supplies, LAN IDs and voicemail
Researching, compiling, processing and coordinating project data such as data entry, report generation, and work plans
Scheduling regular meetings with both Accenture management engagement team and client personnel to discuss issues, updates and changes, and setting up conference calls/video conferences as necessary
Preparing correspondence, reports, and high quality presentations.
Handling extensive travel and accommodation arrangements (including leases for housing and cars) and preparing itineraries for analysts, consultants and executives on the engagement
Working with Client Finance Manager and Account Management teams to develop and maintain the account policy and procedures
Coordinating, analyzing and tracking of client bills and variances, team financial processes, capital budgets and forecasting, all personnel and DNP project charges/time reports
Managing the calendar activity for the Engagement team which may involve extensive diary management for the Engagement Partner
Assisting the Unit Lead Executive find resolution of critical issues
Setting up and maintaining project management tool as required
Assisting with project orientation information and roll on/off procedures for project staff
Assisting with evaluation tracking process of personnel at client site
Coordinating training activities for the project team
Providing secretarial support as required

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
3 or more years administrative/office support experience
3+ years experience of working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
High School Degree or Equivalent
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
