Facilities Management Coordinator

Accountabilities:
* Create, dispatch, maintain and oversee upgrades to work order systems
* Prepare budgets and generate timely departmental reports (labor hours, open work orders, etc.), consolidating data from multiple locations
* Assist in the preparation of client invoices; process vendor invoices for payment
* Meet with planners, department representatives and vendors to establish project requirements; serve as liaison between customer representatives, facilities staff and contractors to ensure satisfactory project completion
* Provide technical (PC) support to facilities staff; assist in the maintenance of department databases
* Distribute and process TCC/Client communication pieces and Payroll/HR information; prepare bi-weekly payroll document(s); maintain required TCC/client documentation and records
* Respond to all regional emergency pages; contact CSR to confirm emergency pages; give Tech arrival time or re-direct work order to third-party vendor; and update all after-hours pages in system as soon as possible
* Coordinate meetings and special events
* Coordinate vendor selection and purchasing for office supplies and equipment
* Participate on project teams and customer task forces as required
* Track and report on team's customer service performance
* Develop/maintain positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* 1+ years related work experience
* OR any similar combination of education and experience
* Typing skills of at least 30 wpm
* Detail oriented, analytical, PC proficiency in word processing, database applications and spreadsheet design
* Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
* Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
* Strong verbal/written communication skills
