Qualified candidate must have 2+ years of recent experience in recruiting within Human Resource function. A proven track record of utilizing internet job boards, job fairs, and other networking sources to capture a pool of talent. This position may involve assisting the HR managers with all aspects of general administrative work, maintaining files, screening candidates, managing paperwork, offer letters, writing job descriptions, and more. Must be proficient in Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency with the HRIS system is a plus.
