Exhibits/Special Events Coordinator
Plan, organize, and coordinate trade show exhibits and marketing events
for dynamic el-hi educational publishing company. Coordinate all vendors
and resources, develop product display strategies, and organize and
implement related direct mail and selling campaigns. Must be able to
assemble portable booths for exhibits. Organization, willingness to
travel, solid project coordination and time management skills, effective
communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility are
essential. Heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) required. B.A. or a minimum of
1 year directly related experience. Must be computer literate in MS
Office suite. Knowledge of QuarkXpress, InDesign, and Illustrator a
plus. Travel required.
